Refund, Return & Order Policy

All sales are final and there will be no refunds unless an item has an issue with it when it arrives. Refunds/Returns/Exchanges will only be accepted for 30 days after the order has been delivered.

(Orders cannot be damaged by you, for example, because you fell off your bike. To be eligible for any of these, this is only if the item doesn't work when it originally gets delivered.)

IF YOU BUY SOMETHING THAT'S NOT FOR THAT SELECTED BIKE FOR EXAMPLE, A SUPER 73 key igntion for a Macfox, and it doesn't work, there will be no refunds. Refunds are only for the selected bikes. AX Performance – Refund, Return & Order Policy

At AX Performance, many of our products are performance-based, built-to-order, or custom-prepared. Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellations


  • Orders may be canceled before processing begins with little or no fee.

  • Once an order has entered processing, building, testing, or preparation, a restocking fee of 15%–30% will apply.

  • The restocking percentage depends on:


    Item type (controller, battery, motor, custom part)


    Labor already completed


    Payment processing and operational costs


2. Refunds


  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless store credit is requested.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable once an item has shipped.

  • Orders refunded due to customer preference, change of mind, or impatience with build/shipping time are subject to the 15%–30% restocking fee.

3. Store Credit


  • Customers may choose store credit instead of a refund.

  • Store credit:


    Has no expiration


    Can be used on any AX Performance product


    Often avoids restocking fees (at AX Performance’s discretion)



  • Store credit is issued directly to the customer account/email.

4. Returns


  • Returns must be approved before sending any item back.

  • Returned items must be:


    Unused


    Uninstalled


    In original condition and packaging



  • Used, installed, damaged, or modified products are not eligible for return.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

5. Custom & Built Items (Important)

The following items are considered custom or build-intensive and are subject to stricter policies:


  • Controllers

  • Batteries

  • Battery bases

  • Motors

  • Wiring harnesses or plug-and-play kits

Once these items are built, programmed, tested, or assembled, they cannot be returned for a full refund. A partial refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Many AX Performance products require build and testing time before shipment.

Shipping can take 2–7 weeks depending on the item ordered; controllers may take longer to ship, while smaller items such as throttles or lights typically ship sooner.

Lithium batteries are subject to carrier regulations, which may result in slower transit times.

Shipping time estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

AX Performance is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or holiday slowdowns.

7. Refused or Undeliverable Packages


  • If a package is refused or returned to sender, the customer is responsible for:


    Original shipping cost


    Return shipping cost


    Any applicable restocking fees


8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders


  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

9. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with AX Performance, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed in this policy.
